Dan brings a 18 year track record of executing over 250 retained search projects for various client organizations in a timely and effective manner. His success as an operating executive with American Hospital Supply Corporation and Abbott Laboratories has provided him with a keen understanding of what clients seek in attracting top flight leadership.  He is in constant contact with established and emerging talent at target enterprises.

He has also been a Partner in two successful retained executive search enterprises: Lynch Miller Moore O'Hara, Inc., and Heidrick and Struggles, Inc. (NASDAQ HSII).

Lynch Miller Moore O’Hara was acquired by Heidrick and Struggles, Inc. in 2000 where Dan was a successful Senior Partner in the Global Life Sciences Practice.

In 2003 Dan returned to the boutique retained search firm forum where he continues to serve clients in a highly focused fashion.

He received his BA from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Dan and his family reside in the Chicago area.

Possessing an extensive career spanning 30 years in the medical device, pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, Kris has executed a broad range of search projects. Past assignments include CEO, VP of Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations and Finance, and Account Management for both large and emerging growth stage clients.

A graduate of Colorado State University, BS in Social Science, she served as a sales representative and operations manager for American Hospital Supply Corporation. Prior to joining O'Hara Associates, she was a senior consultant with St. Aubin Haggety & Associates where she took on a variety of project leadership and solo assignments for various size clients representing a wide range of industries.

Kris and her family live in the north suburbs of Chicago.
